Hi ,I m suffering from bulky uterus from 3to4yrs but the problem is that I hve periods only for one day n very little on 4 or 5 day bleeding is not at all heavy . I hve done many tests scan all the reports are normal .but nowadays I hve lots of pain n cramps in period very painful.
Hi, I have gone through your question. Light flow in periods can be due to hormonal disturbances like hypothyroidism or can be due to uterine pathology like tuberculosis or intrauterine adhesions. In such conditions, ultrasound is usually normal.Pain during the periods can be due to uterine pathology or pelvic infection. I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigated( hormonal profile and endometrial biopsy, if required) and get treated accordingly.
