hi, dear, your age is 31 years, so i can't say it is the symptoms of early menopause. it may be said irregular menstruation or menorrhagia or metrorrhagia. it may be the side effects of some medicines or side effects of some contraceptives or anaemia or hormonal disbalance or may due to uterus blockage and the like. it may be diagnosed by clinical diagnosis and or pathological diagnosis. according to my view you should go to your doctor for actual diagnosis and the best treatment. your doctor will treat you with iron therapy for anaemia, hormone therapy for dis balance of hormone, d/c for uterus blockage and the like. but don't worry it is nothing to so worry. wishing your good health.
