Stress can affect periods and cause you such symptoms. Other medical conditions that can cause such symptoms are poor general health condition, hormonal imbalance, anemia, weight issues, thyroid dysfunction, PCOS, pregnancy if you are sexually active. You are suggested to get a urine test for pregnancy done.
If sexually active, it can be a sign of implantation bleeding. If pregnant you will be accordingly managed. If not, get required tests and investigations done. Your treatment will depend on the factor / pathology that is causing you symptoms. In the meantime, avoid doing heavy work. Take home-made nutritious food.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
