What Causes Light Pink Blood After Ectopic Pregnancy?

i had ectopic pregnancy about 6 weeks ago, i have just had my first period 9 days ago but just went to toilet and when i wiped i had light pink blood, is this anything to do with having sex? or could i be having another period so soon after my last one, am just abit worried nd hoped you could help me
