General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
Understand your concern
I think it ia due to effects of contraceptive pills because of hormonal balance caused by it.
Other cause may be
Endometriosis
Adenomyosis/ fibroid
Polycystic ovarian syndrome
Atropic vaginitis or cervicitis

For exact diagnosis
Consult the gynecologist and do following test
Full hormonal anaysis
Usg
Pap smear
Ovarian follicle study
Endometrial biopsy

Use other contraceptive methods if all above tests Will be normal
Hope rhis may help you
Best regards
