What Causes Light Spotting And Missed Periods?

Hi I have missed 2 periods now (haven t taken a pregnancy test) but for 3 days I have not had blood in my urine but when I wipe there is blood but its not consistant sometimes there is no blood at all and sometimes there is more blood than other times but I have never had a period where there has been no blood in my urine at all I have always had really heavy periods and im just not really sure whats going on

Welcome to HCM and thanks for asking your question. I can understand your concerns.
I would like to advise you to first test your urine sample for pregnancy test or also undergo ultrasonography to confirm pregnancy. Because as per your history, you had always heavy periods and its been 2 months of missing your periods, so there are every chances that you are pregnant, so please confirm it first and get back to me.
For blood in urine, you need to do urine routine and micro examinations to find out any kind of urinary tract infection or something else. You can also go for ultrasound of your abdomen to find out any kind of renal stone, in which blood can appear in urine.
So don't get tensed and do whatever i have advised you and come back to me.
