Hello,

You have ruled out common cause of delayed period that is pregnancy and hypothyroidism. Now, rule out other causes like Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), Hormonal imbalance, excess stress, ovarian cyst, eating disorder, obesity et cetera.

For that, serum FSH, LH, DHEAs, serum prolactin and serum testosterone can be checked. If needed USG abdomen scan should be done. Also, consult a gynecologist for the examination.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
