What Causes Lightheaded And Pain In My Eyes?

I am a 40 year old female, very active and in great shape. I just took my blood pressure and it's 104/66. Every time I get up, I get lightheaded, dizzy and sometimes I feel pain in my eyes...everything gets black. A few nights ago, I woke up with pain in my chest and my jaw after a bad dream. Should I be worried?

HI
Well come to HCM
The blood pressure is bit on higher side (systolic) but this is nothing to worry because this would be of first incidence in fact this need to be monitored for week, other symptoms are non specific, pre-menopause syndrome may be likely, if this is true then this would continue for some time, but would be fine soon, hope this information helps, take care, have a nice day.
