What Causes Lightheaded, Dizziness, Confusion, Mood Changes, Nausea, Hallucinations And Headache?

I keep having lightheadedness, diziness, confusion, mood changes, nausea, halutionations, slow brain processing speed, slow speech, and shakiness to the right side of my body. And very strangely, I have not had any headaches. Do you have any idea what it might be? Thanks for any input.
