What Causes Lightheaded?

I have recently started to experience light headedness and slight dizziness, no naseau. Have checked blood pressure and blood sugar; both are normal usually, though blood pressure sometimes is 102/76, 113/76, but mostly 120/80. I do take blood pressure medicine.
