I am a 23 year old female. Few issues... my neck sweats almost every night. Nothing else is sweaty when I wake up but my neck. I also get headaches a few days out of the week..not severe or pounding. More like a squeezing pressure feeling. The last MAJOR issue is I feel light headed throughout the day; mostly when I m standing still. I have never fainted but I get a faint feeling and my legs get weak when I walk. It s even more when I m in a hot environment. I started a new job a few months ago which caused some extra stress and different sleeping pattern but I feel like my body should be used to it by now. My last two visits at the gyn, she found my BP has been slightly higher than usual. Ive been on birth control (minastrin fe) for about 2 yrs. Ive read it can possibly be thyroid issues, an inner ear infection, anxiety, ect. My mom has high bp and thyroid issues so not sure if it s something hereditary. Just trying to figure out all possible causes for this.
