Hello

Sometimes sudden fluctuations in blood pressure can cause the feeling of lightheadedness and nausea.

Stick to antihypertensive drug treament and take medications regularly.

Restrict salt intake and oily foods.

Frequent BP monitoring would help to not the fluctuations.

Keep regular follow-up with cardiologist.

Thanks.
