What Causes Lightheadedness, Syncope, Fever, Heavy Bleeding, Headache, Arm Spots After Childbirth?

yes... I had a baby a week ago good birth nothing out of ordinary... but since i have been feeling real light headed and faint cant do much at all.... ran a fever for a couple days but it has went away... Other symptoms are rapid heartbeat occasionally, lil bit of heavy bleeding, and just about everyday a slight headache..... My question is Is this normal for me to feel like this still..... Oh also i have had these white spots on my arms since a week before he was born and they seem like they have gotten worse. This my 3 rd child

Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Light headedness, headache, fever and rapid heart rate post child birth can be due to viral fever or fever due to other reasons like infection or typhoid.
However, if the fever has settled, then these causes are less likely.
Migraine or tension headache, or vertigo can be a cause and you should consult a neurologist for proper examination, investigations and treatment accordingly.
For the white spots, which can be psoriasis or vitiligo, you should consult a dermatologist for proper examination and treatment accordingly.
