Hello
Welcome to Health care Magic.

I reviewed your history.
It seems from the history that you are having light headedness with dizziness and headache. These symptoms can be because of your high blood pressure. This requires treatment for your hypertension. With the control of your blood pressure the symptoms will resolve.

Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Hope this is helpful to you.
Do write back to me for further questions.

Thank you
