What Causes Lingering Orgasm In Brains?

In the past, I would rarely experience this strange sensation where the orgasm lingers in my brain (this lingering orgasm feels uncomfortable). This has happened for about a year and a half now. However, it has become increasingly more common as of late. Other info: -It only happens at night -I m barely awake when it happens -When I m close to ejaculating, I start to think of extremely random things (ex: I ll think of firetrucks) involuntarily. Should I be concerned?

Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. There are no research findings or other experiences to suggest or justify orgasm lingering in my brain. In that case, such a symptom could be due to obsession. Please learn to ignore the sign and it disappears.
