What Causes Lips Tingle, Face Itching And Swollen Eyes On Eating Certain Food?
I am a 41 year old woman, weigh 135 and basically healthy. Back in October I ate a Subway hoagie and me lips slowly started to tingle then swell--next I had an itchy face and then swollen eyes. Went to Dr gave me shot and said it was poison--I thought is was the hoagie. Today I ate a peach---My lips swelled almost instantly and face began to itch. Went to Dr and got the same shot again and the swelling stopped immediately. Had allergy shots as child. Not sure where to go from here?

These symptoms sound like food allergies. Definitely avoid any food that causes these symptoms. It would be best to see an allergist and be tested to determine what exactly you are allergic to so that you can avoid these symptoms.
