My 3 years old son has swallen/dry upper lip, congested nose ,cough when running. These symptoms goes on for two days now. He is currently on Zyrtec, as we think he might be allergic. He had a allergy symptoms in the past but never with swallen lip.
Swollen lip is one of the severe forms of Anaphylaxis. Chances of he being developing angio neurotic edema which is a life threatening emergency are also high. So please stop the precipitants and seek suggesion of doctor at earliest.
