What Causes Liquid Stools And Vomiting Sensation?

i woke up this morning feeling like I'm going to vomit and soon after I started pooping liquid. My stomach hurts really had and I have been dry heaving. The liquid poo has been constant since about 7 this morning. i still havent actually thrown up, my brother is feeling the same way, what could be wrong with us?

* This is because of food poisoning causing intestinal infection.
- maintain hydration with plenty of liquids
- avoid oily / spicy / junk foods / beverages
- have light diet in small amounts at regular intervals
- in our clinic we recommend antiemetic with proton pump inhibitors &
lactobacillus tab. for faster recovery according to clinical evaluations
