What Causes Little Red Spots On Legs And Buttocks?
I have these small mostly reddish (a little purple/bluish) hickey looking spots on the back of my leg near my buttocks... They aren t raised and they don t itch or hurt either. I have no idea what they can be. I haven t had any sort of trauma to my legs so I don t believe they are bruises. Any help would be appreciated.

As per your case history you are having mostly purpura rashes. My treatment advice is:
1. Avoid wearing tight lower garments. As irritation may increase purpura.
2. Take vitamin c supplement like tab Limcee once daily.
3. Apply a soothing lotion like calamine lotion twice daily.
