Your symptoms fits in one of the two diagnosis loose body inside the joint or meniscal tear. Both can be confirmed and managed by Arthoscopy, which is a minimal invasive surgery and can be performed on day care basis. With excellent results. And further delay in treatment may lead to early degerative changes in joint and osteoarthritis.
