Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hello,
I have studied your case and I think that elbow can be having loose body inside elbow. I would recommend you to get x ray of the elbow and may be MRI. Than if there is loose body than it can be removed arthroscopically. If there is only soft tissue swelling and ligament injury than it can be treated with splinting.
I hope this answer will be useful for you.Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
thanks
