Ok so I had the birth control shot now for about 2 months no periods but about ten days ago I started bleeding and it was dark brown then after 3 days turn red now here we are 10 days later and I am still bleeding and it hurts when I pee like burning and wipe and still after what can this be

Depot injections containing hormonal contraceptives cause irregular periods for the first few months.After 3 months,the cycles will regularise.
In case of heavy bleeding for more than 10 days or clots in the blood should be treated with antispasmodics or antifibrinolytics. Rule out any anemia since it can cause more bleeding.
