Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello, from what u described, an incidentally noticed lesion as u described on ur face could be no more than a insect bite.
So, i would adv you to wait for 4-5 days before consulting a dermatologist.
For the time being, take tab Cetrizine 10 mg at bedtime
also apply a soothing agent like dermocalm lotion on the lesion,
Thanks
Take care.
