What Causes Long Time To Heal Bruises And Sore On Arms?

My husband is 31 years old and has bruises and burn-like sores on his arms. It first appears and looks like a bruise but it doesn t heal and some have drained and then scabbed but it seems to leave a hole. I m not sure what is happening and why he s not healing properly. He is beginning to complain of abdominal pain, which I m not sure is related or not.
