For the past few days I haven't had consistent bowel movements. Sometimes after I eat I have diarrhea and sometimes I just have liquidy or , very soft bowels. I'm concerned that something in my diet may be causing this but I have a very diverse diet and I exercise regularly, what could this be caused by?
Dear food plays important role for healthy bowel movements.you maybe suffering from acute gastroenteritis or irritable bowel syndrome.so please avoid spicy food and alcohol, avoid excessive caffeine and fatty food.regular excersize.avoid dairy products some times it may cause problems.use tab.rifaximine 200mg thrice a day for five days.tab.sporulac thrice a day for five days.if symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
