What Causes Loose Motion With Green Color Stool?

Good evening doctor. My 7 month baby suffering from loose motion since yesterday. but not yet recovered. he is unable to sleep and stool color is green. Since yesterday we are giving Nutrolin-B syrup, Oflox 100 Rediuse and Reflora Kid. Please guide me.

stool culture to be done to know the exact cause and accordingly drug can be chosen.
Many times infection from the body is expelled in 3 to 4 days. So please continue the same and wait.
Please take care of the hydration
