Pediatrician, Pulmonology 's  Response
Hi,

It seems your kid is having viral diarrhea. Once it starts it will take 5-7 days to completely get better. Unless the kid's having low urine output or very dull or excessively sleepy or blood in motion or green bilious vomiting...you need not worry.
While cleaning the area - you need to just soft mop it and not rub it.
Use topical emollients lotions in the area.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
