my baby is 11 months old and he is suffering from loose motion from last six days. we have consulted d doctor and giving him d prescribed medicine. but we do not found any improvement yet. my baby is also suffering from severe nappy rashes. pls suggest me what shd i do to get him improved...

I really appreciate your concern, diarrhea in pediatric age group may not need any treatment because it is the self limiting condition unless it is the proven protozoa infection or bacterial infection, the best way to diagnosed the case is to sent the stool for testing till then Lyophilized Lactobacillus can be tried and care needs to be taken for hydration hope this information helps.
