The possible reason is intestine infection with alteration in gut flora from various issues if it is of short term period; inflammatory bowel condition if it is of long term issue. In our clinic, we recommend primary control with probiotic, antibiotic for GI coverage, dietary guidelines; evaluation later on as per the progress.
