35 years male Patient’s Feelings: Since last eight-nine months’ abdominal distention / cramps and gas trouble after using of even slightly spicy foods. Feeling swelling and burning sensation in stomach, feeling weakness after Dark brown and loose stool often. Lose of weight. Precautions adopting: Already taking foods without spices and fats. eradication therapy failed .
so NEXT step would be either repeating same drug with same duration again OR prescribing a different antibiotic.
Do NOT worry. it happens in some patients.
hopefully H.pylori would be eradicated after the second round of treatment.
