What Causes Loosening Of Skin On Application Of Cold Creams?

hello everybody, I'm going through a strange problem, and nobody has been able to help me in this regard, no doctor knows what is this and I'm too cluesless about what has happened, only sure that something went wrong.

The concern is over an year back , i had applied ponds cream for dry skin in lumps overnight and for a day follwed without rubbing( don't know what the hell i did that for..but i did it.) after 1-2 days i noticed itching on face..i noticed because something had statred bothering me.. as if something is eating my skin inside, itched.. and it looked something like when on a layer of coton, u put fevicol overnight.. in morning..the look from outside willbe normal , but they layers will be sticken together, crunched like... fr 3 months i ran to skin doctors, neurologists, and what not.. skin doctor told me skin is fine from outside.. neurologist said nerve is fine.. so i had no idea what had gone wrong.. when i would smile i woould get a lot of line crunched on my cheeks which were never there...as a home remdey somebody suggested me to apply kerosene..as it will give heat to skin... don't know what effect it did..the skin didn't come back to normal but kind of loosened..as if there is no flesh inside.. after that i went to ayurveda.. applied some ayurvedic oil which gave me rest.. now its been an over an year... i feel my skin is recovering as if the melted flesh insde is cooling and showing up but it is still loose and and i don't know how much time will it take more to fully recover.. till now my chin feels no flesh.. don't know what the hell is it...if some doctor somebody could even tell me what went wrong ..i'll be really really grateful... thanks
