What Causes Lose Of Bladder And Bowel Control After Microdisectomy?

Hello, i am 42 years old and i had undergone microdisectomy for lumbar and sacral disc bulge 4 months ago...
2 days prior to surgery , i lost my bladder and bowel control.
i havent recovered since then. now i dont feel any pain but i have to use kathereter for urination and i cant pass out normal stool ...
there is a little numbeness in both feet ...
plz help
