What Causes Loss In Sense Of Taste After A Viral Fever?

Hi, I the last week, i was suffering from Viral fever. Now it is ok but still feeling post weakness after Viral fever. For that i am taking some Multivitamins tablets. Now one more symptoms i am feelinf, that my mouth is now tasteless - i do not feel the taste of even water, only i feel taste of salt and sweet. Also sometimes i feel racing in my chest. Could you please let me know of which desease this symptoms is?

Hello thanx fr consult.it is due t v fever,loss of papilla,do salt water gargle.it will regenerate in a week.hydrate ur self well, eat goof nutritious food.clean ur tongue with soft brush gently,hp it helps.tc
