Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hello thanks for asking from HCM

You are 65 years old with steady weight and everything came normal. You have poor appetite and lost weight. You also have problems of sleep. First of all I would like to tell you that you didnt mention any symptom that can point towards cancer, so don't fear about cancer. Now coming to your symptoms. The symptoms you have like poor sleep, decreased appetite and weight loss could occur due to some drugs or due to depression. But other symptoms like lack of energy, anhedonia, poor focus, energy etc symptoms are also there.
I would advise you to consult a psychiatrist for proper evaluation of your symptoms and for treatment.
