Hi
Most likely you are having gastroenteritis,Which is stomach infection. As there is inflammation of the mucosal lining of stomach and intestine normal digestion and absorbtion of food is hampered leading to weight loss and loss of appetite.
Few investigations should be done
Liver function test
ultra sound abdomen
kidney function tests
serum bilirubin.
Start taking any over counter probiotic. They will improve your gut enviroment.B complex substitute should also be taken along with probiotic.
Proteolytic and fibriolytic capsules should be taken before meals for few weeks to improve appetite.
Apart from that exercise daily for 30 minutes
Take lots of fresh fruits and vegetables in diet
try to avoid oily products
try to avoid dairy and meat.
Follow up after 2 weeks.
