What Causes Loss Of Appetite And Weight?

I have one kidney and have kidney stones that have been treated. I presently have a stent in situ that is to be removed soon. Other symptoms that I have that doctors have not been able to diagnose are, SOB, weight loss, poor appetite, anaemia and generally feeling unwell. I have an elevated ESR

I understand your query and concern.
Your symptoms are suggestive of Post operative anorexia.I advise you to get an ECG,2 D Echo,lipid profile,chest x ray as a part of routine check up.Meanwhile multivitamins and iron capsules can be helpful.Maintain adequate hydration by taking 3-4 litres of water.Drink ORS sachets ,coconut water,buttermilk.Do not worry..
Consult your urologist and physician for expert management.
