What Causes Loss Of Appetite, Light Headedness And Abdominal Cramps With Spotting?

I am 19 been feeling sick the past few days exspecialy in the morning, I have loss of appetite, feeling lightheaded, and I ve been really moody, abdominal pains and chest pains my last period only went for 3 days which is short compared to normal and it was heavier then normal

Your presenting complaints could be due to Premenstrual Tension.

I would advice you to do,
- Antispasmodics
- YOGA
- Have salt restricted diet
- Avoid caffeine and alcohol & take plenty of oral fluids
- capsule primosa if your symptoms are very troublesome.
- Have a consultation with your gynaecologist before taking this medicine
