What Causes Loss Of Appetite, Vomiting And Feeling Of Something Stuck In Throat?

I have felt week for days, needing to sleep and cant. I have vomitted a few times throughout the week after eating and spontaneous. I have no appetite and it feels like my chest is really heavy and that my pipe leading from my mouth to stomach has something stuck in it.

You could be having a bad case of acid reflux, probably caused by stress since you are not able to sleep as well.
Take 10 minutes daily to do a brisk walk, or do some meditation; eat small, frequent meals which are non- spicy and non- fried, avoid smoking and alcohol and do steam inhalations with plain water- hope this helps. If not, the reflux might have to be treated with medication, for which you need to see a doctor. A blood test might also be needed.
