What Causes Loss Of Appetite?

Hello, 34 year old male year. Since last Monday I have no appetite at all. Because of this I am now weak and freezing. I have lost 11 pounds in 9 days. This happened once before for about 3 days then went away by itself. I called my doctor but they have no appointments until tomorrow. I am considering going to the urgent health care later this afternoon. I have no history of stomach problems or any other major things. I only have asthma and allergies. Any guidance, please?
