What Causes Loss Of Appetite?

Hi I've recently been dieting and I'm trying to do it in a healthy way but in the last few days I just haven't been hungry and I don't know why. I'm really worried because all I ate today was some yogurt and an apple and i know I will store everything I eat as fat if I don't eat enough?

hi. This is mostly psychological. Research says that lifestyle modification has a hand over dietary modification in cases of weight management. your diet should be balanced neither less nor more. breakfast and lunch should contain carbohydrates and dinner should have ample amount of dietary fibre,as in salads. daily water intake should be adequate. In addition to this exercise, let it be a brisk walk, it's important. Gradually your appetite will be back. and u should take antioxidants, also get checked for pallor (anaemia,as in low hemoglobin).
