What Causes Loss Of Appetite?

I am a 31 year old male, I have no other health problems, I have an above average healthy diet, I spend about 7-8 hours liftting weights and playing sport per week. In the last 7 days I have experienced bloating, loss of appetite, pain while eating, feeling of fullness well before I ve eaten a normal portion and most concerning is I m burping what smells like rotten flesh/meat. I usually take a daily dose of probiotics and apple cider vinegar in the cold and flu season. Please help.
