I am a nurse who had a patient come into our clinic who had a loss of balanace in the lobby he said he was napping and just got dizzy but was very off balance on way back to clinic. Also tremors of hands, inability to touch nose then physicians fingers, missed docs finger every time. He states he has had some difficulty in his thinking. He recieved HDAC last week and is scheduled for Methotrexate this week as part of a Mantle Cell NHL protocol. My concern is that he is exbiting signs of toxixicy, physician did not fee antything to worry about...thoughts?
