ENT Specialist 's  Response
hello and welcome to health care magic,

You need to understand that giddiness is very common and most of the time due to a problem in the inner ear. But a single episode is nothing to worry about unless it is persistent or severe. You might have just had a hypoglycemic or postural attack. In any case if it persists then you must consult an ENT but if it does not recur then you have nothing to worry about

regards
