What Causes Loss Of Hearing And Severe Headache?

I was outside about a month ago and got very hot , went in and took a shower , I had a really severe headache several days before that I could not get rid of , I got out of the shower was very dizzy, and could not hear out of my left ear, the next day I could not move my left arm or the left side of my face , very exhausted and tired

I.
You have got Facial Nerve Paralysis. You need to undergo urgent MRI of the mastoids to and the brain to see if there is a cancer causing all this. Get admitted , have a Neurologist's and ENT Surgeon's opinion and further management.
