What Causes Loss Of Hearing And Tingling In My Arms And Legs?

Hi my name is Takeysha,for about 5 years I have had problems with numbness to my face tingling in my arms and legs...went to the ER and noone could figure it out. I found a physician told him,he did blood work,everything was good....until he checked my ear ,he then sent me to a ENT.and there was the problem i have loss hearing to a certain point and now have to have surgery April 2nd...Do you think that my ears could have caused the problem?

Thanks for your query, read and understood your concerns.
Numbness of the face and tingling in the arms and legs can not be related to the ear problems.
The cause can be in the brain or the cervical spine but not in the ears.
I would advise you the following:
Relevant blood tests.
MRI of the brain and the cervical spine
Clinical evaluation and examination by a Neurologist.
To get a proper treatment and to get treated well.
