What Causes Loss Of Sex Drive After Having A Sensation In Penis?

I'm 27yrs old male, I'm unmarried too. Few months back when i was drying after bath in the place of pennis, suddenly i felt like pennis nerve cutted, i heard a minute sound too, after that i have not get temptations, sexy mood, etc, i cunsult doctor, they said to treatment as a course, but within a week it became normal. so left it. Now 1 week back while i was sleeping upside down i mean facing my pennis and full front body to ground surface suddenly in i felt some thing happend for pennis, but in sleepy i didnt mind, morning i felt like same as previous time like no temptating, not getting sexy mood, etc.. Now it s better again, but suddel falling after temptating. dont know what is happening for me, i dont know to which doctor to cunsult for better treatment. May i know what is my actual problem, whether it will be a big problem in my future.. REply me doctor.. Please do needfull soon as possible.. i'm waiting for ur reply..
