What Causes Loss Of Taste And Smell After Cough, Body Pain And Sneezing?

I had a cough started suddenly on 5-Nov and then body-ache and then sneezing. A general physician advised Azithral 500 mg (1 tab - 3 days) and some painkiller, allergy tablets. I also visited ENT specialist where he said it is Allergic Rhinopharygitis and prescribed a Nasal Spray (Alerflo 1-1 puf morning and evening) and Montalir FX (1 each night for 10 days). I feel better overall, there is still some cough and flem in the nose. However, since last 7 days I have lost my smell and tase ability almost 100%. It is very annoying because I don t feel like eating-drinking anything. In past, it happened but hardly for 2-3 days. Will it take some more time to cure and recover my lost smell and taste or I need to consult ENT again?
