What Causes Loss Of Voice Along With Dizziness And Sore Throat?
I am a 56 yrold male. I woke up in the middle of the night with a sore scratchy throat, felt like a cold coming on. This morning I woke up and the sore throat was gone but I was very dizzy and light-headed and I was losing my voice. I also expereinced hot flashs

Hello,
You can have laryngitis like inflammation of larynx. The loss of voice could be due to that. You can take decongestant tablet for your problem. The paracetamol SOS can be prescribed for headache. Take steam inhalation with warm water three times a day. Don't take excess spicy foods.
