What Causes Lost Balance And Spinning Feeling?

Hi yesterday, when I got up and lost my balance, I felt the room spinning. The sensation eased I felt slightly nausous as if i was sea sick. I cave contiued to have similiar episodes since and the spells are accompanied by a cold sensation in both my legs and shivery feeling
