What Causes Low BP And Heart Rate And Frequent Headaches?

I am a 5 7 142 lb female with a 23 waistline. I rarely get headaches but in the last week have had several. I have had a few lightheaded spells. My blood pressure has averaged 95/53 blood pressure and a 58 heart rate. Is this a bad thing, something to be concerned about?

Hi,

After going through your medical query I understand your concern and I would like to tell you that most likely you must be experiencing nutritional deficiencies which is why your blood is on lower side and low blood sugar levels which is cause of your headache.

It's recommended for you to consult a physician personally for proper physical and diagnostic evaluation and treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhanu Partap,
